501 Main Street North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

Cary is a native Carolinian.  Having lived the majority of his life in South Carolina, he has a genuine passion and familiarity of the area.  He attended high school at Camden Military Academy where he acquired many of the skills necessary to become a successful businessman; pride, integrity, leadership, persistence, commitment, and honesty.

Cary furthered his education at Campbell University earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1982.  After graduation, he moved to North Myrtle Beach and worked for a local developer/builder, and a local condominium management firm.  In 1984, he branched out on his own and opened a homeowner’s association firm.  Always striving to be the best at his craft and continually setting new goals for himself and his company.  Currently, the business has expanded to interval/partnership management, vacation rentals, long term rentals, and the sale of real estate.

During the 1980s, Cary served on the North Myrtle Beach Zoning Board of Appeals and was Chairman until he moved out of the city.  Cary is licensed in both North and South Carolina as a broker, and acts as broker-in-charge for Seaside Sales in North Myrtle Beach.  He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).  In addition to those achievements, Cary holds the CRB Designation – Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

Cary believes real estate is an exciting career each and every day.  This career allows him to meet new people and help them and their families with their real estate needs.  His 38 years in business covers first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, and investors who he helps realize dreams of property ownership on the Grand Strand.

Cary has been able to help many families with their piece of pie on the oceanfront through fraction partnership ownership.

Cary has been married for 34 years and has one son.
